Lagunitas – Dogtown Pale Ale
This Pale Ale has a cloudy golden amber color pour with a big, lasting fluffy white head, medium carbonation, the palate is crisp . Aroma of citrus , and toasty pale malt . Flavor is citrusy at first with lots of grapefruit , lemon and floral hops then a good pale malt backbone for a nice balance , nice level of bitterness , medium body , smooth, long hoppy finish. A great flavor combo.
